I think I am calling HUD to get them involved at this point. I have been dealing with PNC for several years and I think they are worse than BOA!

ARGHHHHH!!! PNC closed out my file after asking my 50 times to send them my client's tax returns when my client is 100% disabled and getting SSI and as I told PNC 50 times per publication 907 f the IRS they are not required to file tax returns because they do not have taxable income!!!! Had to fax the publication copy to PNC and write another letter explaining again. Two weeks later finally got an american who could speak english taht finally reopened the file without m having to do all new paperwork!!!! Driving me nuts!! Tell me why we do this again????

Jessica, If its an FHA Loan the Mortgage Documents will have a Case # in the upper right hand corner. A VA Loan will have a VA Rider.

I know how to see if it is owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, but not FHA? How do I find out who the investor is because through PNC...?? =)

If its FHA get them involved. After five months, one phone call from HUD and I had an approval letter. PNC- very difficult!

I don't know who the investor is... it isn't FNMA or Freddie Mac... they bought this house like 16 years ago.. =( But Gary-Michael Clark was my negotiator. Huge jerk.
