You will have to add the HOA fees to the sales price so the net can be what tehy want or you will not get approval. If the HOA has a lien against teh proerty you should have put that on the HUD you used to get the approval in the beginning.

With it being tied up in the banruptcy you will not be able to close and the bank will not negotiate with you unless the house is released from the bankruptcy by the court in order to sell. There will be a date that you will have to sell it by in th…
