Does PNC have management? How do you escalate?

Does anyone had a contact number or email addy for PNC to escalate a file?

I have 2 deals with PNC in 2nd.

1 st deal - We've had approval from the 1st for the past 2 months. PNC still has not assigned a negotiator. 

2nd deal - we have a new Buyer same terms same everything. PNC says we need to resubmit the file and start from scratch.

If you have a backdoor for management or how to escalate the file I'd appreciate the info.

FYI Timothy Seislove, Short Sale Manager / Investor Relationship Manager at PNC was completely and utterly useless. All he did was refer me back to the lame negotiator we have been working with.

Anyone else have any suggestions of how I get the negotiator to actually do something?

I need to escalate or get a proactive manager.
