Does anyone have a number to escalate PNC short sale

Have a short sale that PNC is 1st mortgage and GMAC is 2nd. Oh by the way been working on this offer since May 25th. Got approval on the 2nd with $2K settlement - within 30 days. 1st is an FHA loan, took 4 months, but got Approval to Participate in Pre-Foreclosure Sale from HUD and values are good with offer. Submitted a revised HUD to PNC on November 1st and can not get a response, email, phone call from PNC. Does anyone have a number that I can escalate this file with? Should I contact HUD?

Remind your negotiator of this - The guidelines only give the bank 5 working days to review the contract for sale if the seller has already been approved for the program.

Then call The NSC @ HUD. You will need to fax them an Authorization.
