Opening a new Ocwen short sale

Does anyone have experience in doing a short sale with Ocwen when the seller is not late on payments?

I have a new short sale listing and the seller is current. Some agents have advised him to stop paying but I am resistant to that. I believe he qualifies for a short sale due to a job relocation. We have some time to get it done so any info on times from offer is completed would be helpful too.

I have good experiences with other lenders that will do a short sale under those circumstances but no experience with Ocwen in the last couple of years.

I stopped taking Ocwen short sales a while ago because they are such a difficult servicer to deal with. My State of California is about to revoke their license.
