Go to the Ocwen site and there is number for the President. Call him and even if he isn't available leave a message. I had one with Ocwen and I had the seller and both realtors,along with myself call. We got it done quickly after that.

Thank you Darlene. I went to the Ocwen site...I couldn't find the list of corporate officers. Also went to the stock
page but couldn't locate it either.. Can I get some assistance from you. Thanks

Were you able to get in touch with anyone? I am trying desperately to get a live person who can give me a status on an offer that has been in since September 23.

Corporate # is 1-561-682-8000. I f you are having a problem, call the ombudsman # 1-800-390-4656 and they will escalate. Good luck.

Thanks for everyone's help w/the contact info.

So far I've had no luck w/the escalation department or the ombudsman, but I haven't given up yet!

 

My client tried to do a loan mod and that failed, so now they want to do a short sale but they will not post pone short sale!

 

I wonder if they know what bad feelings they create in not just their clients, but all the folks like us and the buyers who make a note to NEVER use OCWEN or recommend them.

I too had this problem. Their computer gave me a new negotiator who was "out of town".. Turns out this means quit the company. I had to leave a message on Ron Ferris's phone to get my original negotiator reassigned. I tried to get a live person through the telephone system first by dialing 2 instead of 3 at that point in the horrid phone system; that gave me a live person, but no matter who many I spoke with the "escalated" problem never got addressed.

I have called it once already and held to their AWFUL music for a long time and then the HORRIBLE customer service recording started. Hoping it was a nightmare of somehow it was part of the HOLD music....(HAHA) I ignored the prompts for my loan number as I DON'T want to speak to CS dept. and it eventually disconnected me. Does the nightmare with this bank ever end????
