Will FHA pay 3% closing cost if net is met? FHA says it will only pay 1% of buyer's FHA loan amount towards closing cost , but didn't mention if they would pay 3% if we get above the net.
IS their a FHA guideline , for a non Streamline SS that aloows 3% closing cost? Thx- Bob

you'll almost always get 3% (regardless of the type of loan buyer is obtaining) of the purchase price in selling paid closing costs (of FHA allowable) with an approved variance almost always from FHA when the net is being met.
