I submitted my package on June 20. I have been told numerous times my package is complete. The first counselor quit. The second has never returned my phone calls or emails. I sent an email to her supervisor and still nothing. I CC: other citi.com email addresses and still NOTHING. What does it take to get a negotiator assigned???????????? I requested another counselor be assigned to my file. HELP ME!

I,too am having trouble with Citi Bank. Our complete package was confirmed received May 30th. We were given a 4-6 week timeframe. Finally got assigned to a negotiator who said it would be 4 weeks. Now that negotiator is no longer at the job & we were told we would be reassigned & it would be another 4-6 weeks.

I would appreciate any help or advise. I just emailed the homeownersupport below. Thank you.

Well I am getting somewhere...I think. I was getting somewhere all along I guess. I found out the BPO was already in. I have the complete package. For some reason though the BPO was kicked back to the specialist even though it is less than 2 months old...barely.

 

Try tweeting Citi. I did and it worked great and I am not twitter saavy! I got an immediate response.

 

The kicker is that I just read on JULY 20 a pool of loans in default with CitiMortgage are being sold off to Carrington. This might be old news to some but it is new to me. That could explain why so many of us are getting the run around. My specialist knew nothing about this. So I will be calling tomorrow to see if my file still exists!
