New File for Short Sale

Just got a new Short sale with first and second to be Chase. Never done Chase short sale. Have lots of experience with B of A. Any advice on what to do and not to do?

Don't let too much time go by before escalating! I had a short sale approved May 21 and I am still waiting for the letter. Because of their delay, the letter for the 2nd has now expired and we will have to try and get it extended. It was in the process of being service released, so I hope it hasn't been. I can't get anyone in the Closing Dept to respond to
ANY of my emails or calls. Someone in Escalation said I would have my letter no later than today, but never received it.
Anyway, Chase is no different than working with the other banks. Good luck to you!
