I have a file that has been assigned to a negotiator but for the past 3-4 weeks I have left messages for him and his supervisor and no one calls back.  Cust svc has escalated it and I even had a local office escalate it but still nothing.  Any ideas on how to get them off their buts and call me?  I have had the best luck with Chase in the past and with other files I am currently working on.  Looks like I got the one bad apple on this deal.

Michael,

We've had good success with the Executive Office number listed at the top of the Chase group.  They have jumped right on it and have bridged the gaps between us and some similarly non-responsive negotiators.

Good luck.

I am in the midst of the same issue.  ListAssist said after escalation wait 24-48 hours - if no call after 48 hrs, call ListAssist back and see if the file was updated with information.  I know it feels like the file has gone into a black hole.

I have had the same problem with my negotiator. I have called her for 4 weeks. I had gotten an approval letter that was wrong. Called to have her explain it to me. Could not get her to call me back. Re did the pre Hud sent it for 3 days in a row. Had another negotiator call me about another file I have with Chase and had them check on this file. Everytime I call they email her. Still not gotten a call back. Yesterday my seller called and said they had received a letter on Friday stating the terms of the closing and that they would close Nov 18th. I said really the buyers are not ready because I have not received anything yet. This does not make me look very good with this seller. I have called the Executive office for help on this file. Now she is out for 3 days. What a mess.

Sadly, this is becoming the story I have on EVERY Chase file. My follow ups are highly structured and documented. As a result I can tell just how badly I'm being ignored. A typical conversation with the executive resolution group goes something like " I've left 14 voice messages for my negotiator since October 7th, on x, y,z, etc. I've also left two voice messages for her supervisor, on October a and b. I have not received return calls from either. Meanwhile, when I spoke to the short sale department, they informed me that the notes indicate they don't have an offer, though they do have the contract"

Sigh......
