How to show joint checking account balance when there's no co-borrower?

Hi all,

Short sale seller is the only mortgage borrower -- so when filling out income & assets dealio for short sale package how does seller show joint checking account balance when his wife is not a co-borrower?

Have your borrower/seller write a clear and concise explanation letter with 50% of the most recent bank statement balance underlined and in bold.

Then still be prepared for Chase to ignore it by writing an appeal letter to thheir casho brought to closing demand.
