How to find my Chase HAFA delegation specialist?
I try to contact my Chase HAFA delegation specialist, Ricardo Gonzales, and his voice mail was full. I emailed him at [email protected] and the email was returned. Does any one knows how I can reach him to check on my approval status?

We have found Chase very difficult to work with when it comes to short sales. What has been the experience of others? Is JP Morgan exactly the same as Chase or are they a separate division? Does anyone know?
