Chase FHA Short Sale

Hi,

I am about to do an FHA short sale from Chase, will the attached packet suffice if the loan is FHA, or does Chase require something else?  

And, not to sound too "green" is the attached authorization form, the third party authorization to release information to me?  

Thanks for your help.  As you can probably tell, this will be my first time.

Yes Brenda the third party authorization form is the seller's way of giving Chase permission to talk with you.  I don't see any attachment.  You can download the appropriate package from the SS Superstars site or directly from the Chase site at: https://www.chase.com/chf/mortgage/hrm_shortsaleinfo/.
