The last one that I did was a HAFA and we got approval in 36 days. We lost the buyer and the re-approval only took 6 days, they are doing much better lately.
I am averaging 49 days with Chase. Over the last year, the shortest time period was 31 days and the longest was 63. Hope that helps!
Jimena 36 days for HAFA is phenomenal congratulations.
I've closed several Chase short sales this year and they definitely have improved. It is still investor and MI dependant.
You'd be wise to anticipate 45-75 days and that is only if you produce Chase requested docs within 24 hours of that demand.
Last year it was 90-150 days.
