I received John Ciresi's business card after attending an Equator workshop a while ago. After 10 months of getting nowhere, 2 offers, numerous errors on Bank of America's part, numerous escalations, 3 BPO's, an expired investor approval & the MI company receiving docs 36 days after requesting them from Bank of America, and finally MI approval. I am fed up. We now have to wait for the investor to approve again & hope they don't change their view on this transaction. I emailed John Ciresi. He replied in less than 12 hours with a form to fill out- a Short Sale Information Form - asking me to be brief. Brief after 10 months. Well, I consider 2 pages to be brief after 10 months - included only the most pertinent information such as when the negotiator sent me an email through regular email screaming at me after I had escalated an email to the top of the chain (with no 48 hr guaranteed responses along the way). And how the negotiator did not touch the file after that despite a few escalations. Keep your fingers crossed for me, the buyer's agent, buyer & seller!
