I'm a buyer who is supposed to close this Wednesday.  I need help from any of you experts. We submitted the final hud for approval last Thursday.  The LA told us this morning that our closing negotiator is on vacation until the 17th.  The day after we are supposed to close.  I know the LA is working to the best of his ability to get this in front of someone, but it seems he spends hours on hold not getting anywhere and getting to anyone with any real ability to help.  (also, it's his first short sale.)  Does anyone have any contacts in the closing department that you can give me to try to get this deal done?  If you'd rather email me privately, please do so at [email protected].  I'm desperate at this point.

I just had a challenge with a "lost" negotiator, and a very helpful lady at 866-880-1232 escalated my transation for me, and I got a call from a new negotiator, as well as an email within 2 hours.
That's the number of BAC's loss mitigation department. Note to all that when you escalate be sure to get an escalation number. They're supposed to give you one - even though some tell me they don't need to. I haven't quite figured that one out yet.
The HUD should be uploaded in equator to the closing agent at BofA. there also may be a closers name on the approval letter. If you dont get any response in equator, escalate to the manager and/or VP
Thanks to all who replied. We did get to a closing supervisor who said the final hud is acceptable EXCEPT - now they say there is something wrong with the MI approval that the negotiator received around May 19. Still trying to get the correct approvals so we can close tomorrow. Losing hope...
