I am working on one also.  I had to get the Twitter team to help.  Tweet to @BofA_help and ask them to contact you.  I believe the BofA  guidelines are you are to have a response in 30-45 days.  However they count it from when the file is assigned not received which sucks as they sat on my file for 15 days.  Lost the buyer also.  Good luck!

FHA at BOA used to be much worse. I get the "yes, negotiator has to sit on his butt for 30 days before you can escalate" line, too.  I make my calls, have a couple of people to contact when I feel a problem is obvious and beyond reasonable.  The best thing is to keep applying pressure.  Some reps will give you manager info and you can email/call.  I think with FHA it is a lot of the "squeaky wheel" so calling every other day for status update probably gets you farther than when you don't do that.  Or you can wait 30 days and then ask?  Hmmm.. And what exactly is this 1lst level "negotiator" responsible for?  Simply going over the docs to see that they are signed, dated right and all there - that's all.  What takes 30 days?  The truth is that they assign people with a work load so that they can't get to your file in a reasonable time.  It shouldn't be that way but they take less heat for someone sitting around than the bank sitting around not assigning someone who seems to be sitting around.  Yeah, I think it sucks, but compare it to a year ago and it is superfast....
