Dual Agent form

Does anyone know where the disclosed dual agent form is in Bank of America resource center. I've spent over an hour trying to find that form they state is there.

It's not a Bank of America form. It should be your State form and part of your real estate contract of sale.

Yes, thats not a BOA form. Most Board of Realtors have the a Dual Agency Disclosure form.
