BoA Coop Short sale.. Incentive increases to $5000.00

Always surprises with short sale and with BOA. I have a coop short sale that was almost approve , seller is getting $2500 for relocation, the sales price of the condo is $56k.. I was actually expecting to get the approval letter this week, but then last night I got an email from negotiator- I need to resubmit the HUD,because seller now qualifies for an additional $2500..making a total of $5000.00 for incentive..

Yep, same here Keji. You would think its too good to be true but I already got the new approval letter with the increased incentive

We closed this transaction today. -.. outstanding condo liens paid by BOA and seller walks away with $5000.00...
