Agents I need assistance...FHA approved short sale expired..New appraisal complete..no answers!! Any advice...
Anyone have any advice? I have a short sale approved through BOA. Our appraisal came in to high and the property didn't get an offers so our FHA participation letter expired. I wrote a letter to our negotiator and sent in comparables asking for a new appraisal and 90 days. BOA ordered a new appraisal and it came back right where we needed it. Got an offer, sent it in, the negotiator said they needed to send the offer in with the extension that was 30 days ago! The buyer wants to close 9/30th...I can't get anyone to email me back or return my calls!! I email the negotiator 2-3 times a week and call at least 2 times a week!! Any advice?

And if you still don't get your approval letter from either of the ones below, I have a third but she is to be saved for emergency only as she is the highest person on the BOA short sale escalation team.
