One of my clients has been offered this 4 month ss from BofA.
Anyone know what the progam is to which the bank is referring?
This seller has a non-owner occupied rental property in Sacramento County, California.

I don't know I am tweeting BofA now.
I will post any details here!!
It might be the coop short sale with 120 marketing period. I have one now with an non-owner. This is instead of HAFA.
I can only think of B of A cooperative short sale that works for a rental, non-owner occupied property. Ask your client if this is the one. They have 4 months (120 days) to sell the property, and they offer incentive of $2500 move out money assistance.
