Aurora Deficiency Judgments

Hello - My experience with Aurora is that they "settle" with short sales.  Have any of you experienced only releasing the lien with no settlement (i.e. leaving it open for deficiency)?

That has been my experience, as well, with Aurora. Aurora has indeed waived the deficiency each time, but in each instance they have sought a "contribution" from the seller to get the deal approved.
