This is unreal.  They keep my sellers, the buyer and me waiting since February for a response to our offer. They approve it in July, then we are set to close August 30th. Now they want me to resubmit the Alt-RASS package with new signatures and dates because the Treasury Department is requesting an updated package.

I don't believe it. You make us wait, now you want something from us in a hurry, plus resubmitting  the same paperwork with the same figures and the same signatures.

I think, and please correct me if I am wrong, that Aurora Loan takes such a LONG time to approve these short sales, they miss the Treasurey Dept deadlines. So now, they need fresh paperwork to submit that looks like they closed it in a shorter amount of time.

THIS IS LUDICRIOUS!  My clients are in their 80's, they were screwed by the lender who gave them a neg am loan which racke up to $5000 per month last year and they have had to deal with paper after paper after paper since February of last year!!!

Who do I call?  Which Congressman wants to hear about this? Oh, Mr. President, who did you tell me to call on Tuesday and tell them I am fed up with the bureauocracy that YOU have put us into.
