What to do if the MGIC Insurance is not responding to the lender?

I am having a time of my life with this short sale from Nations Star that was "approved" 3 months ago and the MGIC insurance has come 2x's saying they are mising documents.  (same ones that we provided already).  The file is on thier desk and it has been there from the last time the new documents were provided (right now 45 days) and nothing.  I have done 3 escalations at the Nations Star and nothing yet....

 

ANY SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE!!!!

Wanda, try calling MGIC at either:
1. Claims department - 800-272-4071 Ext. 2
2. Tim Luzak - 512-918-7082

Have had success both ways. Good luck!
I called them both and they are working on it right now... your help was very helpful!!! you are awesome.

Awe, shucks! It was nothing, ma'am! ;-)
Sorry...don't have any help but I wanted to share that the person who got my recent file at MGIC came back with an answer in 3-4 days. When we countered they came back in a couple of days. Have you gotten any results yet?
