Freedom Mortgage Short Sale

I'm about to list a home with the mortgage with Freedom Mortgage and I have concerns about this company but can find out very little about them and their reputation for short sale negotiations. In fact,there is no Freedom group here on Short Sale Superstars. Any information about how I can best reach them and what I can expect or do to overcome any problems before I even begin? Cici - Here is a forum string on this site about Freedom Mortgage.  Contact some of the posters and start a group. There is contact information and experiences on that discussion thread.
