My experience has been over the last four months, yes I said FOUR months, they have been a challenge beyond any other bank I have worked with, including Suntrust.
I am going to take the info on the VP and use it, as I am getting nowhere fast.

I am working with a file that is a Freedom Mortgage client. Completed Short Sale package in over a month ago and I am getting nowhere. Did your case ever move forward?
Do you have any contact info besides Roseanne Goldberg...I've already called her.
Do you still have that e-mail for the VP still by any chance? We are running into the same problem - it has been "under review" for 2 months and nothing has happened. Please let me know!
