I have a short sale approval needing an amendment - Buyers name was incorrect on the original approval. After over a month voicemail and emailing, I finally received an amended copy except now they want the closing to be no later than Dec 30th and the closing negotiator says he can't give me an extension and cannot guarantee NOT will be stopped scheduled on January 6th. The buyer's mortgage broker says impossible to get this done especially with the holidays. Does anyone have suggestions here to help?
