I receive leads from my website www.ssprocessors.com, my blog www.josephalfe.com, and my new nationwide consumer website, www.shortsale-rescue.com this website is connected to all of my other websites, along with my activerain blog www.activerain.com/short_sale_expert and my facebook page www.facebook.com/ssprocessor

I am very much SEO'd, and basically, any consumer that googles anything about shortsales lands on one of my pages and is directed to me, so I am now referring deals to agents nationwide.

I have been Very happy with my Lead Machine site ColoradoSpringsShortSaleSpecialist.com  Make sure your phone number is very prominant. People go to the site and just call me from the number - sometimes on cell phones they just click it and it dials for them. No BS. it hapend again today and I got another Short Sale listing.

I also kept my old website, but it is more of a hybrid Search for homes and Short sale site ( although it links back to  Lead Machine for most of the short sale info) ColoradoSpringsSearchForHomes.com

I have had other short sale sites.. big word is "had"  Try one of the Lead Machine sites. It has been the most cost effective lead generation item I have ever had. Feel free to call me if you want any more info on it.
