PNC 2nd

Anyone have any good contacts or ideas for getting a PNC 2nd approved at a number that the first position lien holder will agree to?

I am closing a 2nd with PNC today.  They accepted $6,000 and waived the remaining deficiency.  Great contact:  Rorri Blackwell  [email protected]
