What bank is it? Has the BPO been done yet? And who is negotiating?

Hi,

Well, I know the lender is Litton Loans(and there is a lot of negative comments about them).  I know the negotiators name is Chris Barreiro.  This is really all I know.  I believe the BPO was done, but am just assuming because of the length of time invested so far.  THanks in advance!!

Is it just one loan that is being negotiated? I did a Litton one a few years back and it actually went pretty fast - but then again - this was at least 2 years ago. I had a good experience with them. 

 

5 months is a long time - but I've even had them go 8 months before.

Thanks Julie.  Not sure how many loans are being negotiated.  I have asked my agent to find out, but she hasn't. I know that is a big factor...wish I knew.  I am glad to her you had a good experience, since all I read was negative ones.....

Sorry but you need to get on the agent. That question of how many loans should be an immediate answer. So should has the BPO been done. Litton is pretty good and I haven't had one go past 60 days without countering etc. The only reasons it would take that long is if the negotiator for the short sale is not very good or if it is a FHA loan.
