NEGOTIATORS GET PAID BY COMMISSION OR SALARY? WHATS THEIR MOTIVATION TO CLOSE OUR DEALS?

I know a guy who works as negotiator in a loss mitigation department of a servicer we all know.  He gets $18 an hour + something like 10% of the service incentive.  So when $1500 is paid to the servicer as part of the their HAFA incentive, he gets $150+....Not too shabby but yes, they are motivated.

Very interesting ,thanks a lot for this information.

Many get bonused for each closing over their minimum. Depends on the lender.
