****NEED HELP, B of A APPROVED SS W/CLOSE DATE OF 5/6 JUST GOT EMAIL OFFER REJECTED NEED TO INCREASE OFFER!!!!!*****

Please SS Superstars I really need your help. I am so upset right now, b of a$$ holes have just done it again. I have been trying to sell a home for 2 years due to overpriced values, closed files, etc. We finally go approval on March 22 close by May 6. My task was to upload a final HUD by the 29th. I received a couple of emails from he closing officer 1 week prior to that asking for the HUD. It wasnt ready so I told her it would be uploaded by the task due date. I received a call from her manager on Thursday saying they really needed it uploaded because they had some tasks that had to be completed and needed the HUD before they could continue. Thinking everything was ok, we sent the final HUD in waiting on approval. Imagine my surprise yesterday when I received an email "the offer has been rejected by FHLMC buyer needs to increase offer to $108,000." I emailed the negotiator asking if that was a mistake seeing as though we already have approval at the $100,000 price. She just emailed me back and said if he buyer wants the home they have to come up to $108,000. The buyers were waiting on clear to close today and their appraisal only came in at $105,000.

There has to be someone I can contact. I won't stand for this, this can't be acceptable. I started here first because I know you guys have a contact or 2 or 3. I am leaving for Hawaii for 7 days tomorrow and this is the last thing I expected to happen.

HELP!!!!! I have been doing short sales for 6 years and have seen a lot of things but this by far is the worst!!!!'

Did you have an actual approval letter or did you have "approval" on the worksheet in equator?  As you probably already know, they are different

good morning,

Did you receive an approval letter with the loan number (S) on it or was it a verbal approval? Did you send in a HUD with the offer>

Have you closed a short sale through Equator lately?

If in fact you are correct...than it will be the closing agent that can bring clarity to your situation.

Aloha

You can contact these people.  They are pretty high up there and I usually DONT get them involved unless it's VERY VERY URGENT and in your case it is.

One is a short sale manager and one is a Supervisor... not sure is which :-) but email them both along with the negotiator and closing officer (BOA) and anyone else that has emailed you on Equator.

Hope this helps.
