MI Approval Question....

Stated a shortsale process in June (I'm the buyer)..pretty simple transaction...one lienholder, cash deal. I was just informed it was sent to the MI company for approval. Wondering how long I can expect this to take..obviously, there's no set timeframe but experience is a pretty good indicator.

JL - It could be a week or a month! There also might be negotiations behind the scenes, such as MI request for seller contribution. Good luck.

seller stated upfront that the entire amount of my purchase price would be the payoff so i'm expecting either a yes or a no...thanks for your reply
