Anyone ever have a situation where the buyer wants to take early occupancy during escrow? This is a second home for seller but will be a primary residence for buyer and so is now vacant. I know there can be no agreement re: seller remaining in the property, and assume that buyer could not pay to rent (as that would be $$ flowing outside of the HUD). Other thoughts? Have not posed to the negotiator yet. This is a Chase loan.

I've had this happen numerous times.
