Certifications

I am trying to decide between SFR (endorsed by NAR) or CDPE which seems to be favored by BofA.   Which one do you have and why?

Yes, CDPE is acknowledged more (in my opinion) and is definitely more comprehensive.  The knowledge and designation itself will take you further.  SFR was a repeat of a lot of things I already knew.  You can always get both!

I have both, and found that I got something from both. CDPE has excellent resources...

There is another Post on designations on this site, you may wish to find that post, as I believe there were at this 30 if not more responses.

I have however, learned a lot of tips from the Short Sale Superstar membership, and highly reccomend it!

You can NEVER have too much education.  Take both!
