I had a short sale scheduled to close on 8/20. BofA insisted on a Discharge which we didn't get until the 8/18. I immediately up loaded it and got a message back that we were cleared to close. I had requested an extension of time on 8/16 because I didn't think we could get closed by 8/20. Closing Officer posted a new close date of 9/24. When we got the clearance to close I was told to upload the final HUD-1 which I did. Then I noticed I had uploaded the wrong one so I immediately sent an email to the Closing Officer and attached the correct HUD-1 along with the email for the Title company. All this time I am operating under the belief that we have a close date of 9/24. This all took place on the 18th. On the 19th I noticed the close date was back to 8/20. Because I was waiting for the Closing Officer to respond to my request to correct the HUD-1 I didn't send the closing instructions to title since the data would not be consistant. As of this date I have yet to hear back from the closing officer and the title company says they can't close unless the bank supplies a close that is newer than the 20th. Who can I contact at BofA to try and resolve this since the Closing Officer won't respond?

are you working this on Equator?  When I need immediate response on Equator I highlight every contact on the list and send my message - usually someone will respond at that point...good luck

you can usually just delete wrong docs out of the library too...

Have you tried to log into Equator and write an email and select "VP, SVP, Team Leader, or Manager?"  If neither work, go to twitter and message the BofA_Help account and someone will get back to you.
My suggestion would be the same as Becky and Smitty....especially with the twitter to the BofA Help Account.....it is amazing how they get back to you and get something done!  BofA closing agents are terrible...I too had one of their closing agents just about ruin a closing for me by not communicating correct information and instructions..It was a "migraine" day for me trying to get the closing because of a BofA closing agent - which is just wrong!
You need to escalate the file internally with BofA. Their escalations team and reps at the office off the president always take care of any issues I have, especially a closing issue such as this.
