B of A active military VA Loan Short Sale

I have been trying to open a SS with Bank of America since May 31 on a VA loan. I get nothing but a bunch of I'm sorrys every time I call. They keep telling me they have all my paperwork and they don't understand why the SS has not been opened by VA and that they will send another request. Can some body enlighten me about how to stop this merry-go-round and get this transaction open and moving. I am really at wits end with this one.

Brian, I dont believe that VA has anything to do with it until BofA sends them the file for final approval.  I also believe that as long as you meet the requirements and the required NET that BofA has delegated authority to approve the short sale.  Go to Twitter and ask for their help @BoFA_help  ( I think that is correct)

As Jeff says, escalate file to get it opened.
