Kathleen, do you have any contacts that you can give me at Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac? I have a short sale with Bank of America and Freddie Mac is the investor. The valuations are complete back in Aug 29th and I had a terrible negotiator with the first buyers so the buyer got impatient and walked. Now I have other buyers that REALLY REALLY want the house and they have offered a fair price for it. I was told by my negotiator that I am working with on another short sale that he would love to take the file for me and submit to the investor, but, because it is Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, it has to go to another dept which is in FL. I really need this file pushed through and given approval. The appraisal expires November 29th and my clients are being transferred by the air force and his wife is losing her job next week. They are going to stop paying on their mortgage and I was hoping for an easy transition for them so they don't have to miss mortgage payments. Can you help me with some contact information? Thanks!
