Before you do a short sale for your friends who's hubby in the Air Force he needs to find out what kind of assistance the military will give him. They will help him on the short fall. His security clearance is tied to his credit so it depends on what level of security clearance he has. He needs to be very careful here and when they are ordered out the government is helping them.

Hi Kelly,

I had sellers a few months back. He was a recruiter for the Army and he had info for a organization in the military who acted for this situation. When they move their people they handle the short end of the transaction completely. Have your friends inquire?? This client had orders canceled as fast as they were started so I didn't get the chance to go through the transaction. ok
