I have a call scheduled this evening with a Bank of America short sale representative to discuss the groundbreaking, deficiency waiving approval letter we recently received.
Please comment with questions you would like to have answered. I will definitely report back on what we are able to find out. We are most interested in gauging the likelihood of this becoming more frequent and under what circumstances should we anticipate such a response.

Chris.....this is very exciting news. I would like to know what guidelines BofA will be using to determine when a waiver will be granted.
Chris - As a side note to this, Bank of America VA Offer in Compromise letters do not have the deficiency language, either.
