We have been working on this file for months, losing three buyers. We now have BOA approval on the first and can't get any response from GMAC negotiator (six figure 2nd)  We can get them the $10,000 they want...just need the approval letter to CLOSE!  Foreclosure sale is June 18th.  We have good escalation contacts with most lenders; however not GMAC.  Grateful for any Help!!!

How about looking online for GMAC and short sale info...just enter that and see what you get? Or GMAC corp office online?
Hi Brigitte,
Yes...I have some C level and Sr. VP level. I was hoping someone had escalated to a Manager of Loss Mitigation or Recovery or perhaps VP level of Recovery / Short Sale. I will just escalate to executive level tomorrow! Thanks

Pamela, What happened on yours? Did you get the contacts you needed? I don't see anything on here that says you did. I was just wondering how you made out?
@ Pamela....sounds like a similar scenario only difference is that we had an approval but it had expired and trying to get them to send a revised approval is like pulling teeth!!!!
I've sent 14 unanswered emails through Equator and included the supervisor with no response whatsoever. Not to mention the coutless phone calls. Our approval letter expired on May 1st and I've been trying to get a revised approval since April 26th. Both buyer and seller already signed at escrow (COE to be on June 30th--tax deadline) and we are held up because GMAC (Jr. Lien holder) has not given us the revised approval nor replied to any escalation requests. I have sent a formal complaint to the OCC in hopes of getting this resolved but I think this won't happen by today! Any help or contacts within GMAC would be appreciated.
Hi Fellow GMAC troops:

I did not receive any contacts thru the blog. I did some research and below and I have listed the contacts I have come up with below: BTW...I could not resolve the issue with my Seller and GMAC as the second; seller will not sign a payment plan. Goes to FCL on July 29th :>( If anyone has a manger level or head of loss mitigation contact, I would give my eye teeth for those names. Also, please let me know their email format. Thanks Much, Pam
