I've had BofA close out my files in Equator and I'm not getting any reason why. Has this happened to anyone?

I did there isn't any reason.
The rep didn't want to dig into it, apparently. I'd resubmit.
Interesting, I had one with an approval get closed out and that was what they said, though not HAFA. Just today they closed all my files.
Hi David,
This happened to me too. BofA has recently changed their requirements. If the borrower does't contact the lender to apply for HAFA, and you don't upload HAFA documents (RMA form) into library within 14 days, they will automatically close the file. They also have a new 4 pages authorization form that needs to be uploaded as well. You can read about it here: https://realestateagent.bankofamerica.com/default.aspx
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
BOA has a host of new docs. Even if you hacve and existing, open file, it will be closed if you do not submit the new docs.
