I always have a hard time with Wells Fargo lately,  I have heard that going to the local branch office and getting a banker to help move the file has worked for other ,I have not yet try it.

Wells Fargo will work the file outside of Equator if a Foreclosure Sale Date is around 30 days out.

I have been going back and forth with Wells for about 3 weeks just trying to get the processor "Bruce Lee Jr" to accept a offer in Equator. His communication skills are awful to put it lightly. I finally managed to get the offer in today and he rejected other forms he has had for weeks, like one needed the zip code and nit picky things like that. I do think I have made contact with someone who got him moving today. My seller tells me this evening that he was served with foreclosure papers last night. We have been battling getting everything in for weeks!

My question is, how do I request stopping the foreclosure? Is there a form I need to fill out and submit?

By the way, all of you professionals are amazing here, this is a life saver on just about every short sale I am involved in. Thank you all so much for taking your time to share!
