Uggggg!! I know exactly what you mean. All they told me was that it was Freddie and he's the longest!! I kept pushing forward and just received APPROVAL letter in hand today. 2nd getting $3k concessions not to exceed $4,383.57 and a good net.

 

So just keep on them. I'm sorry no higher ups number to give. If I do get any I'll swing them your way.

Aurora is the worst....every week something else is wrong or missing....let me know if find a number we can't seem to find anyone to speak too

I never have a problem getting through to Aurora, I just get told something different every time.

By the way, you can check status online too - though the system is somewhat useless.   When you call it says their reps have no more information than their automated status update - BUT IT IS NOT TRUE. ... push through to talk to a rep and ask them to CHECK THE NOTES.  I called 4 times being told all was well, until today someone actually read some notes that have been there since 5/3/11 about some documents they deemed hard to read.  Good grief.

Aurora may not be the worst but they are a contender. I finished a nasty one this time last year so my numbers may still be good. I will look for them. It is a game to stall. They want to take the property to auction .

I love Aurora. The only think I hate about them is that they will NOT postpone a foreclosure auction. (or was it Indymac?) LOL
