  Hi Kynse ! in regards to your post - I closed a Wells Fargo Short Sale in January, The client just received a letter stating the mortgage has been paid in FULL!!! Awesome, we also pulled credit and it is showing as a paid in full with only 90 days late (no payments made in over 3 years… I hope you don't mind me picking your brain for some info.... You didn't have to negotiate with them for this ???? Was there any discussions at all about what they would be reporting ?? no junior lien ? how much was their loss? I am about to complete a SS with them and wanted to try and negotiate for this but figured I wouldn't have a leg to stand on ! - so it sounds promising... any input is greatly appreciated !! Amy
