Marty, my negotiator doesn't have any experience with EDD liens, but does contend that most liens, if not all, can be negotiated down to settlement. I've been through a bunch of negotiators, and this one in Portland, OR, finally fits within my team.

Hi Marty. I haven't run across EDD liens. I work with a negotiator who may have some experience with that. I'll ask him what he knows about it. As with any gov't entity, I assume it will be near as difficult to deal with as a tax lien.
