  Thanks Joe, let me explain. We are out of negotiations, the buyers FHA appraisal came back at 105K? They would not pay for an appraisal until I had an approval from the bank. When the appraisal came back, it was 105k FHA appraiser are assigned by the government, not the buyer or the buyers lender.

  Help! I have a B of A 1st and 2nd Short Sale. Purchase price 110k, I have Approval in hand at 110k, FHA appraisal came back at 105k need some advice on negotiating this one, any advice?
