I run my own real estate investment business, Divine Investors, and I do both residential and commercial. I am currently working on short sales and commercial wholesales. I have undeveloped land that sits on the tri-states of AZ, NV, and CA and a commercial 5-story building that needs to be retro-fitted for a senior living complex. They are currently on loopnet.com. I have some short sales in the works as well. The land deal is a JV deal.
