I just completed my CSP designation and I've listened to your program. I'm actually working on my second short sale. My question is do I need to apply for a name with our Secretary of State in Tennessee and either go the LLC or Corp route or just solely work out of my real estate office running everything thru my office. I've talked to a couple of agents that have gone the corp route but they actually work with investors, etc to buy properties. I'm only going to work with my clients.

Any suggestions would be a help.
