I have done several short sales from the listing and several from the buyer side this year. I have not negotiated the short sale my self, but worked with an attorney who did a great job with the files. I have been in Real Estate for 4.5 years, and know that in order to get through the next 4 I will need to continue to work with short sale listings and buyers for REO's and short sales. Interested in exchanging information and keeping up to date on the latest trends and techniques in this necesary segment of our business.
